You can make and track payments, check the progress of your requests, report something that needs to be fixed, cleaned or changed, and receive alerts (e.g. changes to bank holiday recycling and bin collections) and information based on your address.
A My Harrogate account also gives you access to your council tax, housing rent, benefits and business rates online.
